A brand with own stores and retailers presence needed digital acceleration.

Nathalie Vleeschouwer is a well-established Belgian fashion label with a loyal customer base, owned retail stores, and a solid wholesale network. But like many lifestyle brands built pre-digital, they had no in-house digital team-and no clear structure to scale their online business. The opportunity was there: strong brand recognition, retail-generated data, and an existing fanbase. The question was how to turn those assets into digital performance.

We built a digital system that respects the brand and drives real results.

We started by translating their physical retail strengths into online levers. We mapped customer behavior and synced CRM and webshop data. Based on these insights, we created campaigns that mirrored the in-store experience - personal, intentional, and true to the brand. Meta Ads to convert both new and returning shoppers, Klaviyo automation built from real customer insights, continuous CRO improvements on Shopify, and weekly reporting and strategy syncs to stay agile.
