A brand with own stores and retailers presence needed digital acceleration.

Nathalie Vleeschouwer is a well-established Belgian fashion label with a loyal customer base, owned retail stores, and a solid wholesale network. But like many lifestyle brands built pre-digital, they had no in-house digital team—and no clear structure to scale their online business.
