Data deletion

Landing Warehouse is the reporting tool Landing Partners (Landing BV) uses for its clients. It reads campaign performance from advertising, email and store accounts, and never collects names, email addresses or other personal details. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect.

Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to anthony@landing.partners with:

• the name of your company or brand;
• the accounts concerned (for example your Meta ad account ID, Google Ads customer ID, TikTok advertiser ID, Klaviyo account or Shopify store);
• whether you also want us to stop collecting data.

We confirm the deletion within 30 days, by email.

Remove our access yourself

You can stop Landing Warehouse from reading your data at any time, directly in each platform. Once access is removed, we stop collecting data from that account straight away.

• Meta: in Meta Business Settings, open the ad account, then Partners, and remove Landing Partners. Or, under Business Integrations in your Facebook settings, remove "Landing Warehouse".
• Google Ads: in your Google Ads account, go to Admin, then Access and security, and remove the Landing Warehouse user.
• TikTok: in TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center, remove the "Landing Warehouse" app from the authorised apps of your advertiser account.
• Klaviyo: go to Settings, then API keys, and delete the key created for Landing Warehouse.
• Shopify: remove Landing Partners' access to your store, or the export app connected for us, in your Shopify admin.

Removing access stops new data from coming in. To also delete what we already hold, send us the email above.
