For brands with a marketing or e-commerce team
A performance partner your team actually learns from
You have people who know the brand and can ship a landing page in a day. What you need next to them is media, funnel and data depth, and someone who explains the result.
In short
For fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands with an in-house marketing or e-commerce team, Landing Partners adds a dedicated brand manager and media buyer, backed by specialists in creative, email, conversion and development. They restructure paid media into a clear funnel per market, turn your creative library into a learning system, and connect ads, email and webshop so nothing leaks between them.
What usually triggers the call
Sound familiar?
- Your agency ships many ads a week, but cannot tell you why one creative beats another.
- Every funnel stage sees the same assets, from first touch to repeat customer.
- You are opening markets and spending as if they were one country.
- Your account manager changed again, and the knowledge left with them.
- Reports arrive on time. Recommendations do not.
- Email, ads and the webshop are run by three parties who never talk.
What we change first
Four moves in the first quarter
Rebuild the funnel
New audiences, people who know you, and past customers each get their own campaigns and messages. Nobody who bought three times gets an introduction to the brand.
Split by market
Markets with enough spend get their own structure, targets and budget decisions, read against the webshop data of that market.
Make creative measurable
We tag every asset by concept and report on concepts. Your team stops guessing what to shoot next.
Close the leaks
Landing pages, product pages, flows and segments are reviewed together with the ads that feed them. Small fixes, shipped fast with your team.
Who you get
Two people on your brand, a bench behind them
The brand manager owns the plan and is your one contact. The media buyer lives in the accounts. Creative, Klaviyo and Shopify specialists step in when the plan needs them, by the hour or as part of the scope.
The full way of working| Topic | Your team | Landing Partners |
|---|---|---|
| Brand & collection | Decides | Respects and translates |
| Commercial calendar | Owns | Plans media and email around it |
| Paid media | Approves budget | Builds, runs and explains |
| Creative | Makes the assets | Insights, briefs and feedback. Production on request |
| Email & CRM | Writes and sends | Insights on calendar, segments and flows. Execution on request |
| Organic content | Plans and posts | Input on what resonates. No day-to-day posting |
| Webshop | Builds pages | Finds the leaks, specs the fix |
How we pick your team
The right expertise, and people who love your brand
When we put a team on a brand we ask two questions. The best result comes from combining both answers.
1. Who is the best fit in expertise?
Your category, your markets, your channels and the stage your webshop is in decide which brand manager, media buyer and specialists know the problem best.
2. Who is most fond of your brand?
How good someone is matters, and so does how well they understand the brand. People who get it enjoy the work more, are better at it, want to keep improving it and put more love into it.
What is included
Insights always. Execution when you ask.
Every brand gets our input on creatives, organic content and email. Making, writing and posting them stays with your team, unless you add it.

- Email: insights on calendar, segments and flows, and what to send to whom
- Webshop: where visitors drop off and which fixes come first
Not included, available on request

Need hands as well? Our creative, email and development specialists work by the hour or as an agreed add-on.

“Our archive sale generated over €138K, three times last year's result. Landing doesn't just manage our ads, they think strategically about what each campaign needs to achieve.”

“Every season we break a record. Landing keeps raising the ceiling on what we thought was possible, and they always explain the 'why' behind every move.”

FAQ
Questions we get
We already have an agency. How does a switch work?
Most brands keep their current agency running during the notice period. We use those weeks for access, onboarding and a handover call with the three parties, and we take the first full campaign brief once the previous one is finished.
Can you work next to partners we want to keep?
Yes, with your own people. Many brands keep their in-house email, content or web team executing, and our specialists bring the insights and the plan. What stays constant is that ads, creative, email and conversion sit in one team on our side; the scope of each specialist's work is what we adapt.
Who makes the creative?
Your team does, because nobody knows the brand better. What you always get from us is the input: which concepts work, what to make next, briefs and feedback. Production by our creative team is not part of the standard scope; you can add it by the hour.
Who will actually work on our account?
A named brand manager and a named media buyer, introduced before you sign. We choose them on two things: who has the best expertise for your category and markets, and who is most fond of your brand, because people who understand a brand do better work for it. Behind them sit our specialists in creative, email, conversion and development, whose insights go into every plan. For beauty and health brands a senior lead with that background oversees the account.
Do you work in French or English?
We work with brand teams in Dutch, French and English, and run campaigns in the language of each market. Our podcast is a French-language interview series, and we are regular Dutch-language guests on We Love Belgian Brands.
What do you need from us?
A decision maker we can reach, a few hours a month, your commercial calendar, and access to your ad accounts, webshop, email platform and analytics.
Thirty minutes is enough to know if we fit
It starts with a call. We know what works for brands like yours, so a proposal follows quickly. An account review beforehand is possible if you want one.
