Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
This policy explains how Landing BV ("Landing Partners", "we", "us") handles data in the reporting tools we use for our clients, including our application "Landing Warehouse". It covers the data we receive from advertising and marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo) and from our clients' online stores (Shopify), and what we do with it.
Landing Partners is a digital marketing agency based in Ghent, Belgium. We run advertising, email marketing and conversion work for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands.
1. Who we are
Landing BV

2. What our reporting tools do
Our clients give us access to their advertising, email marketing and store accounts so we can manage their campaigns. Landing Warehouse reads performance data from those accounts once a day and stores it in our reporting database, so we can report results to our clients and improve their campaigns.
Landing Warehouse only reads data. It does not create, change, pause or delete campaigns, ads, budgets, audiences or any other setting on these platforms.
3. Data we collect
We collect aggregated performance data per account, campaign, ad set and ad, per day:
- Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok): account, campaign, ad set and ad names and IDs, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and conversion value as reported by the platform, and the attribution setting used.
- Email marketing (Klaviyo): campaign and flow names and IDs, and per day the number of messages sent and delivered, opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, orders and revenue attributed to them.
- Online stores (Shopify): per order: date, order ID, sales channel, country, amounts (gross sales, discounts, returns, shipping, tax) and an anonymous customer ID used to tell new customers from returning ones.
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, payment details or any other information that identifies a person. We do not read the profiles, lists or audiences stored in these platforms.
4. Google user data
When an account owner gives Landing Warehouse access to Google Ads data, we use it only to report advertising performance to the client who owns the account and to improve that client's campaigns.
Landing Warehouse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- we use Google user data only to provide and improve the reporting described in this policy;
- we do not sell it, and we do not use or transfer it for advertising, credit checks or any purpose unrelated to that reporting;
- no person reads it except to provide the service, for security reasons, to comply with the law, or with the client's permission.
5. Why we use the data
We use this data to:
- report campaign results to our clients;
- compare results across platforms and over time;
- spot problems such as missing data or overspending;
- improve our clients' campaigns.
We process it to deliver the services our clients ask us for, under our agreement with each of them.
6. Where the data is stored
Our reporting database is hosted in Google Cloud in the European Union (region europe-west1, Belgium). Access tokens and passwords for the platforms are kept in an encrypted vault (Google Secret Manager), never in code, documents or messages.
7. Who can access it
- Landing Partners staff who work on the client's account.
- Each client sees only its own data.
- Service providers we rely on to run our tools: cloud hosting and storage, data export tools, and AI services that help us analyse campaign results. They process the data only to provide their service to us, under contracts that protect it.
Some of these providers, like the advertising platforms themselves, are based outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. When data leaves the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We never sell data, and we never share one client's data with another client.
8. How long we keep it
We keep performance data for as long as we work with the client, so we can compare results over time. When a client ends its contract with us, we delete its data within 90 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
9. Deleting data and removing access
You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and remove our access directly in each platform. The steps are on our data deletion page. We confirm every deletion request within 30 days.
10. Security
Access to the data is limited to the people and systems that need it. Each part of our system runs under its own account with the minimum rights it needs, connections are encrypted, and we keep a log of every data load.
11. Your rights
If you are a person whose data a client has shared with us, you can contact that client or us to exercise your rights under the GDPR (access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection). You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
12. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our tools or the data we collect change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
