International growth

One brand, several markets, a decision for each

Leaving the home market is where most accounts fall apart: one campaign, five countries, and no way of knowing which one pays. We build it so you can tell.

In short

Landing Partners helps fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands grow across borders with a campaign structure, targets and budget decision per market. Examples: Wasted Paris sells consistently in 12 European countries (+175% revenue in Germany, Spain and Benelux), Carine Gilson grew 82% across six markets including the US, Japan and the Gulf, and Atelier Content entered three new European markets within a year.

The method

How we open and run a market

Pick the market on evidence

Organic orders, wholesale presence, search demand and shipping reality decide the order of markets, not a map.

Give it its own funnel

Once spend is high enough, the market gets separate campaigns for new audiences, warm audiences and customers.

Fit the intent

Markets buy differently. For one couture house we run conversion in the US, awareness in Japan and gifting in the Middle East.

Localise what matters

Language in ads and email, payment and delivery messages on the page, creators people recognise.

Steer per market

Each country has its own blended target. We may scale Germany while holding France and leaving the UK alone.

Where we work

Based in Ghent, working across borders

We work with brand teams in Dutch, French and English. Spreading spend over several markets also softens local shocks: a bad news week in one country rarely hits all of them.

FAQ

Questions we get

In which markets do you advertise?

Most of our work runs in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States. For individual brands we also run markets such as Spain, Japan and the Gulf region.

Do we need a separate campaign structure per country?

Only where the spend justifies it. A market with enough budget gets its own funnel, so we can read it and steer it separately. Smaller markets are grouped until they earn their own.

Do you translate and localise creatives?

We brief and adapt creatives per region and run email flows in several languages. Your team or local creators supply the raw material where a native voice matters.

How do you decide where to invest next?

Per market, on the blended return of that market's webshop revenue against its media spend, not on platform-reported numbers alone.

Thinking about the next market?

Start with a market pilot: one country, its own funnel and budget, judged on its own numbers.
