Engagement models
Three ways to pay us, one way to measure
Bigger brands rarely argue about the fee. They ask how growth is defined, what happens at the threshold, and what they can get out of. So that is what this page answers.
In short
Landing Partners offers three engagement models: a fixed monthly fee, a fixed fee plus a percentage above an agreed revenue baseline, and a lower base with a share of agreed growth. All three start with a test period, keep ad accounts and data in the brand's name, and define in writing how growth is measured.
Three levels of scope
Fixed fee
One monthly amount for a defined scope and team. Easy to budget, easy to approve.
Fits: pilots, coaching and brands with a strict budget cycle.
Fixed fee + share above a baseline
A base fee for the team, plus a percentage of online revenue above a threshold we agree together.
Fits: full performance scope where our work touches the whole webshop.
Lower base + share of growth
A smaller base and a larger share of the growth against an agreed reference. If targets are beaten, we both win.
Fits: founder-led brands with ambitious plans and clean data.
In every contract
The terms people ask about
- Test period
- Typically three months, so both sides can judge on evidence.
- Accounts & data
- Ad accounts, pixels, audiences, flows and reports stay in your name.
- Team
- Named brand manager and media buyer, introduced before signing, with our creative, email, conversion and development specialists behind them.
- Growth definition
- Baseline, net or gross, returns and exclusions agreed in writing.
- Media budget
- Always separate from our fee, paid from your own accounts.
- Creative, organic, email
- Insights and input are always included. Making the assets, writing the emails and posting are not, unless you add them.
- Extra work
- Creative production, email execution and development at an hourly rate, on request.
- Notice
- A notice period after the test period, stated in the contract.
- Category conflicts
- Tell us which competitors matter to you. We say upfront whether we work with them.
What is included
Insights always. Execution when you ask.
Every brand gets our input on creatives, organic content and email. Making, writing and posting them stays with your team, unless you add it.
Always included
- Paid advertising: we build, run and optimise the campaigns ourselves
- Creatives: which concepts work, what to make next, briefs and feedback on your assets
- Organic content: what the data says resonates, and how organic and paid should support each other
- Email: insights on calendar, segments and flows, and what to send to whom
- Webshop: where visitors drop off and which fixes come first
Not included, available on request
- Producing creatives: shoots, edits, design and video
- Planning and posting your organic social content
- Writing, designing and sending your emails
- Building webshop changes and development
Need hands as well? Our creative, email and development specialists work by the hour or as an agreed add-on.
Scope
One team, three levels of scope
| Entry | What it covers | Typical model |
|---|---|---|
| Account review | Optional: findings across paid media, webshop and email on view-only access, for brands that want them before deciding | No fee |
| Performance partnership | The full team: paid media run by us, with creative, email and conversion in one plan | Fixed + share |
| Team with lighter scope | Same team. We run paid media; your own people execute creative, email and webshop on our specialists' input | Fixed, or fixed + share |
| Team with extended scope | Same team. Our specialists also produce creatives, write emails or build webshop changes | Fixed + share, plus agreed add-ons |
| Market pilot | One country with its own funnel, budget and targets | Fixed |
| Coaching | Growth and creative coaching for in-house teams | Fixed or hourly |
FAQ
Questions we get
Why don't you publish one price?
Because scope differs too much between a brand that hands over execution in four markets and a brand whose own team executes creative and email on our input. You get a fixed number in the proposal, after the intro call.
How do you define growth for a performance fee?
We agree it in writing before we start: the baseline, whether we count net or gross sales, how returns are treated, and whether one-off events such as a warehouse sale are excluded. A rolling average often works better than the same month last year.
Is the advertising budget included?
No. Media budget is paid directly to the platforms from your own accounts and is always shown separately from our fee.
What if we only need a few hours of creative or development?
Specialist work outside the scope is billed by the hour, on request. There is no minimum commitment.
Can our finance team get a fixed monthly number?
Yes. The fixed-fee model exists for exactly that.
