How we work
From first look at your account to a steady rhythm
The order matters, so here it is step by step: what happens, who is involved and what you hold in your hands at the end of each step.
In short
Working with Landing Partners starts with an intro call, followed by a proposal with a fixed scope and engagement model. An account review beforehand is optional. During onboarding, which takes about two weeks, we set up our own system in your accounts: funnel structure, tracking, creative tagging and reporting. After that a named brand manager and media buyer run your account, backed by specialists in creative, email, conversion and development who feed their insights into every plan. The rhythm is a weekly update, a working session every two weeks, a monthly report and a planning session at your office twice a year.
The sequence
Five steps, in this order
Intro call
Thirty minutes on your goals, markets, team and current partners. We know what works for brands like yours, so for most this call is all we need to make a proposal.
You get: an honest view on whether we fit.
Proposal
Scope, the two people on your brand, the engagement model and how growth will be measured. We pick those people on expertise and on how much they like your brand. The team is always the same; the proposal sets how much each specialist does next to your own people. Want us to review your accounts first? That is possible, but not required.
You get: a proposal your finance lead can read.
Onboarding: we set up our system
Partner access, a short questionnaire about brand, audience and competitors, a kick-off with your team and a handover with the previous agency. Then we build our own structure in your accounts: funnel, tracking, creative tagging and reporting. Your existing setup tells us where you stand; it does not dictate how we work. About two weeks.
You get: a 90-day plan with targets per market.
Test period
Typically three months. We rebuild what needs rebuilding and show the first results against the targets we agreed.
You get: evidence to decide on.
Steady rhythm
Weekly update, working session every two weeks, monthly report, and a planning session on site every six months for forecasts and bigger projects.
You get: decisions, on a calendar.
The team on your brand
Two people in front, a team of experts behind

Brand manager
Owns the plan and the relationship. Understands your brand world, your margins and your calendar, and steers every specialist from there.
Media buyer
Builds and runs Meta, Google and TikTok. Reads the accounts daily and brings the reasons to the table.
The specialists behind them
A creative strategist, a Klaviyo and email specialist, a conversion and webshop specialist, Shopify developers and, for beauty and health, a category lead. Their insights go into every plan. Their hands are booked by the hour when your own team is at capacity.
What we bring from 40+ brands
A playbook, and a view of the market
When studio ads stop getting clicks for a streetwear label, we already know what replaced them elsewhere. When a Google Shopping landing page does not convert, we have rebuilt that page before. Our playbook holds around 200 of those moves, sorted by situation.
And when a month is soft, we can tell you whether it was soft for everyone.
The monthly benchmarkWhat we do not do
- Decide your collection, your pricing or your brand voice. You build the brand, we translate it.
- Run your organic social day to day. You do get our input on what works.
- Produce your creatives or write your emails as part of the standard scope. That is execution you can add.
- Handle logistics, stock or customer service.
- Change a letter of an ad or crop an image without your approval, if that is how you want to work.
How we pick your team
The right expertise, and people who love your brand
When we put a team on a brand we ask two questions. The best result comes from combining both answers.
1. Who is the best fit in expertise?
Your category, your markets, your channels and the stage your webshop is in decide which brand manager, media buyer and specialists know the problem best.
2. Who is most fond of your brand?
How good someone is matters, and so does how well they understand the brand. People who get it enjoy the work more, are better at it, want to keep improving it and put more love into it.
What is included
Insights always. Execution when you ask.
Every brand gets our input on creatives, organic content and email. Making, writing and posting them stays with your team, unless you add it.
Always included
- Paid advertising: we build, run and optimise the campaigns ourselves
- Creatives: which concepts work, what to make next, briefs and feedback on your assets
- Organic content: what the data says resonates, and how organic and paid should support each other
- Email: insights on calendar, segments and flows, and what to send to whom
- Webshop: where visitors drop off and which fixes come first
Not included, available on request
- Producing creatives: shoots, edits, design and video
- Planning and posting your organic social content
- Writing, designing and sending your emails
- Building webshop changes and development
Need hands as well? Our creative, email and development specialists work by the hour or as an agreed add-on.

“Landing Partners feels like a real partner, not an agency. They care about our brand the way we do, and the results speak for themselves.”
FAQ
Questions we get
How long does onboarding take?
About two weeks from your yes to live campaigns. That covers access, a questionnaire about brand, audience and competitors, the first plan, and the handover with a previous agency where needed.
How often do we talk?
A working session every two weeks, a shared chat channel for everything in between, a weekly performance update and a monthly report. Twice a year we come to you for a planning session.
Is there a minimum term?
We start with a test period, typically three months, long enough to prove the approach. After that the collaboration continues with a notice period agreed in the contract.
Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
You do. We work in your accounts with partner access, so everything we build stays with you.
Step one is a thirty-minute call
If there is a fit, a proposal follows. No audit needed first, unless you want one.
