INDEE Collection makes effortless, colourful clothing for girls and women - pieces designed to be worn, mixed, and lived in. The brand had a loyal community and a strong aesthetic, but needed a digital partner who could amplify that without turning it into something generic. The challenge: scale performance marketing in a way that felt true to the brand, while consistently hitting efficiency targets in a market where attention is expensive.

We built a full-funnel Meta strategy anchored in INDEE's creative identity - using campaign collections like Sunlit Stories and Golden Miles to tell the brand story while driving acquisition. Klaviyo email flows add a retention layer, converting one-time buyers into repeat customers. Alongside the ad work, we support Shopify CRO improvements - UGC grids, product badges, social proof - to ensure the traffic we drive actually converts. As results proved consistent, we're now expanding into TikTok to reach the next generation of INDEE customers.

INDEE has set a new seasonal record every time it matters. Their best April on record - up 30% year-over-year, with new customer acquisition up 25% and a marketing efficiency ratio of 8.65x against a target of 7x. Cost per acquisition came in under target. Year-to-date revenue is up 18% overall. The brand is now preparing its TikTok launch, adding a third channel to a system that's already working - and growing.
