How do you sell science-backed beauty in a market flooded with noise?

Oy Care was built on a rare foundation: a pharmacist-developed formula with 97% natural ingredients and clinically proven actives. But in a beauty market dominated by big budgets and influencer hype, a brand with real substance still needs to be discovered. The challenge wasn't the product - it was cutting through without losing the brand's credibility. With a lower average order value than fashion and a niche positioning, every euro of ad spend had to work harder.

We built a performance system around Oy Care's strongest asset: proof. UGC-led creatives showing real results, copy rooted in the brand's pharmacist heritage, and persona-driven targeting that reached the right audience at the right moment. We structured campaigns around the product range - face care, deodorant, and hair care - with dedicated flows in Klaviyo to convert and retain. Seasonal moments like Mother's Day became conversion peaks with tailored campaigns. As the brand grew, we scaled the budget in line with performance.

Nearly double the revenue - and an expanding product presence.

Oy Care has seen consistent revenue growth since the start of our collaboration, with a 92% year-over-year increase in May 2026 and their strongest April on record - up 55% versus the year before. The marketing efficiency ratio consistently exceeds their target, and monthly ad spend has scaled more than threefold as results continued to justify it. What's most significant: the brand has successfully expanded beyond face care into deodorant and hair care, using paid performance as the engine for new product launches.
